En octobre 2010, j’ai fait une dégustation à Château Fonroque (Saint-Emilion) chez Alain Moueix. Faisant sa connaissance, j’ai pu apprécier la vision qu’il avait du vin. Depuis quelques temps, je cherchais à étendre mon champ de travail photographique et vidéo dans la gastronomie au milieu du vin qui exerçait sur moi une forte attraction depuis mon travail photographique sur l’ouvrage Une promesse de vin (Minerva, 2007).

Alain Moueix put Château Fonroque at a high level. His approach, his precision and above all his humility helps him to apprehend very cleverly the biodynamic aspect. With no doubt one of my favorite high quality wines. Respect!
